 LIBRARY/MEDIA CENTER

In 1979, Marlie Barnawell was asked to organize a church library.  Marlie graciously consented and has been Librarian/Media Director since that time. In 1991, Marlie envisioned a children's section.  It was through her dedication and effort that funds and labor were donated by volunteers to make the vision a reality as well.  Because of her endless work and dedication, the library was later officially named 'The Barnawell Media Center' in honor of Marlie Barnawell.

The library offers reference books. fiction, autobiographies, church theology, Bible studies, children's books, and many other types of books.  Videos are also available.  Under Marlie's direction, the library has steadily grown to the present time We now have a total of 6,000 books and 744 VCR tapes.

All material is carefully screened, meticulously classified and catalogued.

The library is open 30 minutes before each regularly scheduled church services. Videos and books are for checkout by any church member.
